This is our homage to the historic Mocha Java blend which paired coffees from Yemen and the Java Islands. This is believed to be the oldest known blend. We have created a modern twist and have paired together a dry processed Ethiopian coffee with one from the mountainous regions of Sulawesi. The Sulawesi provides a bold chocolaty-caramel base and the Ethiopian puts the strawberry on top. It’s so good you could call it dessert.
