This coffee originates from the Gadeo zone within the well-known Yirgacheffe region located in the southwestern Ethiopian highlands. It is home to the Gadeo people and the Koke washing station where the beans have been processed. This coffee, roasted to a city roast, has pleasant nutty and earthy aromas. It opens with mild roasted notes before it turns to a sweetness that exhibits notes of honeydew, blueberry and strawberry.
