Colombia Nariño Excelso-Amparo Zapata
This is a coffee from the southwestern mountainous region of Nariño Colombia. The Finca El Trapiche in Nariño is owned by Marco Aurelio Lasso and is one of the older traditional farms. We’ve roasted these beans to a city roast, resulting in a coffee with a rich earthy aroma. It exhibits a nice balance of acidity and body. Notes of cherry, plum and green apple can be tasted, sandwiched between notes of baker’s chocolate and cinnamon.
